There is a chemical in a girls’ brain is released only two different times in her life, when she has sex, and when she breast feeds her baby. This chemical emotionally connects her to another person for the rest of her life. Us guys? We only release this chemical when we bond with our children. So if you think sex is a game and go around fucking as many girls as you want, remember that you can mentally mess this girl up for the rest of her life. If you’re still friends afterwards then whatever, but she will always feel some sort of feeling for you, just because of the chemical.

It’s called Oxytocin, it’s actually released when a woman gives birth as well. But this is so true… sex is more than just a game, and this is a clear reason that explains why humans were only created to have sex with just one person. Doing it with multiple people will have a very strong negative effect on your relationship with the person you want to be with for the rest of your life. I wish more kids knew about this… not that this should be your only motive not to have sex before marriage, but it is one of the most important.

Everyone should know this.

I’m a bigger girl. Yeah, I’ll admit it. Some people tell me I don’t look like it, but I do.

In all actual reality, if I want to be healthy (which I do) and look better (which I do), and find better clothes (which I DEFINITELY do)…I need to lose about 80 pounds.

EIGHTY.

It’s such a large number. The BMI actually states I should be between 93 and 108 (or somewhere around those numbers)…yeahhhh NO. I have CURVES, BMI. Screw you.

Ideally, the skinniest I’d want to be (with curves) is 130. I’m aiming to have a max weight loss down to 150. 

So today Charles has helped me start a diet, and he’s going to help me keep to it. I’m going to sort out a cleaning schedule and get one room done a day - our bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. Cleaning will help with the exercise, and buying the healthier food will actually save enough money for us to get a pool this summer.

Swimming = AMAZING exercise, at least for me. 

And I want to look into the Just Dance games for the Wii…I’ve heard dancing is good exercise too. I may look into the exercise stuff Hulu Plus has as well. 

Any ideas for tips??? I’m not in the best of shape, so beginner exercises would be best. I’d appreciate it lots =)

Gizmo and Zoe have gotten leaps and bounds better from the last update…which I think was last week. XD

Gizmo has his eyes open ALL the time now and you can barely tell he was sick except for the dried up stuff on his face…which will go away in time. He stopped his eye drops about 4 days ago, and is done with medicine completely (other than his flea pill once a month) after tonight :) No more sneezing or wheezing, he’s pretty much 100% again! :)

Zoe has a similar report, everything is good with her again. She’s a week behind Gizmo in medication, so she has some way to go, but she may as well be 100% again too. She had minimal eye drainage/redness, her main problem was sneezing…so we’ve nipped it in the bud early with her, thankfully. She’ll be done with her medicine a few days into June.

We haven’t made a payment in our bill lately, and can’t for another 2 weeks - we blew payday on our cookout Saturday and bills, and he doesn’t get paid for two weeks from this past Thursday. It’s a good thing we cooked a lot of food - we couldn’t get groceries this pay period either except for an emergency bag of cat food, plus we had to get the car inspected.

But, not to fret…things are wonderful with us. We just celebrated 7 months together :) At the cookout, his mom and co-workers kept telling us whenever we end up TTC we’re going to have twins first - two girls, according to Charles, since he worked with a bunch of nuclear stuff in the Navy years ago and apparently nuclear work = girls. LOLOLOLOL.

Anyway, that’s all from me right now. Off to reblog…or do other stuff. =)
